TZ Gear Transmission center was established in 2002, Mainly engaged in the design and development of all kinds of gear box.Over the years TZ-Gear has always been committed to independent innovation and strengthen the core technology, especially for the strength calculation and analysis of involute gear, arc gear, bevel gear, planetary gear, worm gear and worm, gear, and technology research on the gear lubrication, gear materials and heat treatment process, the gear test and inspection methods, so now it has the strong enough ability to design by itself.Now TZ 30 t - 350 t converter device which was designed by itself has developed series of products, completely replaced importing large tonnage tilting device that above 200 tons,taken more than 80% domestic market share.TZ-Gear designed and manufactured the 350 Ton converter tilting device which is largest in China at present for Bao Steel,and independently developed 1.5MW—8MW wind power generator from 1.5MW to 8MW, series large mine excavator drive reducer from 4 cubic to 75 cubic, a complete set of metallurgical crane series reducer from 80 t-250t,all kinds of rolling mill main drive gear box including 1200 Φ punch double shunting reducer with single set weight of more than 190 tons. TZ-Gear successively won 2 awards which belong to the provincial and ministerial , 1 industry award, got certified by CCS(China classification society) and GL certification on many products, and more than 50 countries authorized patents.
TZ-Gear Transmission researching center is consists of five professional departments such as: equipment, metallurgy, marine engineering , wind power generation, and new product development.All the R&D designers have bachelor degree and above, 30% have master degree, including 10 senior engineers and senior engineers.TZ-Gear R&D successively cooperated with P&H from America, SMS, Renk from Germany, Mitsubishi, Kawasaki from Japan, POMINI from Italy, VAI from Austria and many other world famous companies,at the same time cooperated with domestic well-known colleges and universities,constantly improved the level of design and updated design concept, completed a number of national projects and even the world's leading equipments.
