Our Design Department of Plate Levelers is the only organization in China dedicated in the design of plate levelers. We have been granted one State Technology Invention Award, two State Science and Technology Progress Awards, three Science and Technology Awards of Chinese Machinery Industry, one Gold Award of Fine Quality Product of State, twos Silver Awards of Fine Quality Product of State, three Science and Technology Progress Awards of Shanxi Province. We have been approved six Invention Patents of State including 2 patents for complete machine and 4 patents for critical technology. In addition, we have developed two related industry standards.
We are always focused on the research of the principle and technology of plate leveling. The inline data calculation model effects the great improvement on the leveling automation. The control method of load balancing solves the issue that the negative torque is damaged and relizes the dynamic adjustment of roll gap so that roll gap keeps constant. The renovation and integration on process and equipment develops the series of full hydraulic plate levelers. The product quality is improved greatly.
As well as plate levelers, we have also designed and supplied spiral SAW pipe mills and ultrahigh pressure hydrotesters etc.
Our Design Department of Plate Levelers has senior experts devoted in the design of plate levelers for several decades and middle- and young aged design engineers specialized in mechanical equipment, electrical drive, control system and hydraulic drive etc. The number of post-graduate accounts for 60% and senior level engineer accounts for 30%. We establish the strategic alliance with Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Taiyuan University of Technology, and various steel plants and keep the long term close cooperation. We obtain multiple great achievements based on the Coordination and Innovation Center of Taiyuan Heavy Machinery。
