R&D Overview

The designing institute of engineering machinery is mainly engaged in the design and development of engineering machinery products. As early as in the 1980s, it developed the largest 300-ton crawler crane in China at that time, and formulated the earliest crawler crane design, manufacturing and test standards in China, guiding peer enterprises for more than 20 years. At present, the company has developed and completed four series of more than ten types of new construction machinery products, as well as large ring rail jib crane, large tonnage axis crane, special lifting equipment for wind power hoisting, pure electric pipeline transport vehicle and so on. It has obtained 55 national authorized patents, including 21 invention patents. The 6,400 tons hydraulic compound crane won the first prize of China machinery industry science and technology.

The designing institute of engineering machinery not only realizes the autonomy of core key technologies such as the all-terrain chassis control system, the moment limiter system of engineering crane and the calculation program of ultra-long boom, but also is good at solving the customized requirements of customers for complete sets of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, control equipment and single system equipment.


Team and Platform

The designing institute of engineering machinery has a large number of engineering machinery technical experts, among which senior engineers account for more than 25%, master students account for more than 60%, covering machinery, electrical, hydraulic, finite element analysis and calculation and the all-terrain chassis professional. The engineers have rich experience, strong innovation ability, and developed a variety of engineering lifting and transportation products and specialized electromechanical and hydraulic control integration customized equipments, and also have rich experience in the development of pure electric products.

At the same time, we have carried out extensive industry-university-research cooperation. During the project research and development, we have maintained close contact and in-depth cooperation with Dalian university of technology and Taiyuan university of science and technology.

In1982, 140 tons crawler crane  

   

The first set in China. It has  won the third prize of ministerial level scientific and technological  progress.  

In1983, 200 tons crawler crane  

The first set in China. It has  won the second prize of ministerial level scientific and technological progress.  

In1989, 300 tons crawler crane  

The first set in China. It is still  in service of power construction, and has stable performance.  

In 2011, the TZM500 all-terrain  crane was developed.  

Taking the super-large tonnage  telescopic boom crane as the technical breakthrough point, the company has  mastered several key technologies of the all-terrain crane and ranked among  the domestic advanced technical levels.  

In 2012,TZM1200 all-terrain  crane and TZT1200 crawler telescopic jib crane were developed.  

TZT1200 is the first set in  China. Its performance exceeds that of international products in the field of  wind power application. It has reached the international advanced level.  

In 2013,the 6,400 tons  hydraulic compound crane was developed.  

The machine is  the first of its kind at home and abroad and won the first prize of science  and technology of the federation of mechanical industry. It is known as  "China's first crane".

In 2018,TZC750  crawler crane and TZL750 all-terrain truss boom crane were developed

TZL750 is the first set in  China, which solves the installation problem of ultra-high wind turbine.  

In 2018, pure electric pipeline  transport vehicle of state grid was developed.  

First at home and abroad, pure  electric solutions to solve material handling problems in the tunnel, pipe  corridor and other narrow closed areas.
