By means of information technology, the management of technology centers will be refined and the management level of technology centers will be improved. Through the integration and flexible combination of process, data, users and rights related to management business, a unified integrated platform of management information application for technology center has been built, which enables the center to share a platform and a set of data, so as to realize management promotion and decision support.

Informationization platform is supported by 15 servers in the background, and 10 portals and 34 standard modules are created. Aiming at the four management departments and five informationization departments of the center, system development is carried out. More than 120 businesses of the technology center are sorted out and put into operation on the informationization platform; financial management, scientific research management, archives management, IT service management, etc. The promotion of 8 business integration modules such as office supplies management is put on line; the replacement and integration of multiple platforms such as group mailbox, group OA, PDM platform, gradually eliminates information island; the deployment and operation of KK desktop and mobile terminal, initially realizes mobile office.

At present, the information management platform is constantly in the process of optimization and transformation, and strives to gradually achieve the overall goal of management information of Technology Center paperless office, mobile office and unified portal entrance.
