Talent mechanism

  • Human resource is most important resource and the most active and positive factor among creative activities. Our company attaches great importance to improve this resource and carries out the “special policy” in Technology Center. According to the HR idea which is using career, feeling and treatment to let talented people stay, an atmosphere with features of respect, understanding, concern and shaping is created. One broad platform is provided for professional and technical personnel to let them grow. Besides, one incentive system for technical personnel with promising new employee, competent youngster, internal experts, technical leader, outstanding experts and talented technical leader in a given field is formed. As a result, the incentive training system with specific gradation and comprehensive cover is created. It provides a very strong guarantee in terms of HR and intelligence for the development of enterprise by a community of well-trained and capable talented minds.

    A growth track started from promising new employee, then competent youngster, internal experts, technical leader, outstanding experts and ended with talented technical leader in a given field is specifies in the Technology Center, which leads a sufficient space for every technical personnel. People are valued innovatively and appropriately here. Hence, there are young and promising technical personnel stepping into a management role successively when suitable.
